• Tokens: Every time you upload a video for review, it will use 1 review token.

• Where tokens come from: Your club or your personal subscription provides a set number of tokens each month.

• What happens after upload: Our expert reviewers will watch your video, score your performance, and send you detailed feedback.

• Passing scores: Videos that score 750+ are saved to your player profile and may appear in the public Showcase for scouts, coaches, and fans.

• Improve Zone: If your video scores below 750, it goes into your private Improve Zone so you can rework it and upload a better attempt.

• Re-uploading: To reattempt a drill, you’ll need to delete the current Improve Zone video first, then upload a new one.

• Follow the demo video as a minimum standard—most drills should include 2–4 reps per foot (when applicable).

• Record in good lighting and make sure the camera captures your entire movement.

• Perform at game-level intensity—speed, precision, and control matter.
